To support our rapid growth, we’re looking for a Senior Back-End Engineer who loves solving complex problems and shipping high-quality, scalable software.

What you’ll do

• Architect and build backend services that power our compensation engine and real-time reporting.
• Build and optimize asynchronous jobs and distributed workloads.
• Work on complex data pipelines that continuously sync CRM and financial data from HubSpot, Salesforce, and other external systems.
• Ensure data accuracy across timezones, currencies, and sensitive financial information.
• Tune and optimize our Postgres + Prisma setup for performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with the team to shape new features end-to-end.
• Contribute to technical decisions, code reviews, and engineering best practices.
